Shipping Policy
The Patriot Call is a made to order company, meaning an item is not made until an order is submitted. On average, it takes one to two business days to make and ship an order.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates and times will be displayed during the checkout process.
Depending on the shipping destination, you may have several options to choose from or only one option. Some shipping times are estimates and your order could arrive sooner or later than the estimated delivery date provided.
You will receive an email notice with a tracking number once your order is shipped to you.
The Patriot Call wants to be as accurate as possible when determining when you will receive your merchandise but we cannot factor certain events into the Estimated Arrival Date.
THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE DOES NOT ACCOUNT FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Weather delays
- Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
- APO/FPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The Patriot Call ships within the United States of America, to include Alaska, Hawaii, its territories, and APO/FPO addresses. When shipping to an APO/FPO address, ensure that the address format is correct.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The Patriot Call does not ship to international (outside the United States and territories) at this time, unless it is to an APO/FPO shipping address.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the shipping carrier, the shipment will be returned to The Patriot Call. You will be liable for reshipment costs once The Patriot Call has confirmed an updated address with you.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to The Patriot Call. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
SHIPMENT LOST IN TRANSIT
If the carrier tracking indicates that the shipment was lost in transit, contact The Patriot Call as soon as possible, or within 30 days. The Patriot Call will make and ship to you a replacement item or refund your money.
